Kazuhisa Tokuda 德田 和久
Kazuhisa worked at Onward Kashiyama Co. Ltd, a leading Japanese fashion apparel company for 32 years before joining Mono Edition Co. Ltd, a company which is involved in imported apparel, accessories from Italy and operation of a Italian restaurant. Kazuhisa was often involved in organizing welfare trips within his department. His past experience as his company’s unofficial trip planner has contributed greatly to the development of Tokudaw. After which, Kazuhisa joined Smile Tokyo as a driver. Kazuhisa is a certified logistics coordinator (東京旅客6459) and is also a certified 旅行サービス手配業者. He loves visiting the farmers market to purchase the local produce of the area.
德田和久は（株）オンワード樫山 と（株）モノ・エディションで35年間営業として勤務した。その後、スマイル東京で外国人専用貸切バスドライバーとして５年間勤務。運行管理者（東京旅客6459）と旅行サービス手配業の資格を持つ。
日本人と外国人のより良い関係を作りたい思いからオンワード樫山の営業スタイルとインバウンド専門ドライバーとしての経験を生かして、（株）TokudAwを運営している。
Wanping AW アウ ワンピン
Wanping is originally from Singapore and has been living in Japan since 2008 before which she stayed in Australia for 3 years. She has a Ph.D. (Biomedical Science, Tokyo Medical and Dental University) and is currently working at Keio University specializing in nutrition research. She was a Japanese Government (Monbukagakusho: MEXT) scholar and JSPS Postdoctoral Fellow.
She started this company to share premium quality Japanese goods and genuine experiences with the world. As an educator and a tour curator, she designs each tour with the intent that apart from having an exquisite experience, both the tour participant and the tour supplier learn something about each others cultures. She would like to actively promote educational cultural exchange between Japan and other countries using her expertise and knowledge. アウ ワンピンはシンガポール出身です。2008年から日本在住。東京医科歯科大学大学院で文部科学省奨学金を獲得した。現在、慶應義塾大学先端生命科学研究所で特任助教としても勤めている。
彼女は、❤大好きな日本❤の文化を世界と共有するために（株）TokudAwを創業した。
