If you've seen a restaurant you'd love to try and need help to make a reservation, no problem. If you need some help with translation, or assistance with anything at all, just use our concierge service and we'll take care of it. We only employ guides and drivers with whom we have an existing relationship, and who we know can deliver a premium quality service to our customers. They are multilingual, experienced at working with groups of all ages and backgrounds, and will always put you and your needs first. All of our guides are accredited, and all of our drivers are fully licensed with a Class 2 Professional Licence. Each of our guides and drivers undergoes extensive training with us to ensure they meet our high standards of service.

We hire guides local to each of the regions we visit, so on top of detailed information about each of the locations you visit, they'll all have their own regional insights to share with you too, from local history to the finest local cuisines and traditions. But they are also trained to respond to any situations that might arise, providing assistance on everything from customs regulations to local laws, where to find necessary medication, vaccinations requirements, and providing support in case of medical emergencies. 

Your safety is prioritised at all times. All of our drivers are equipped with translation apps, and we create messenger groups with our guests, drivers and TokudAw representatives, to ensure you are in constant contact with someone who can understand and provide assistance in case of emergency.
